  Sea shipping (21–30 days) for larger fixtures.
• Some products are in stock at our U.S. warehouse and can be delivered within 4–7 days after ordering.

• Custom air shipping for large items is available upon request (additional fees apply).
• Processing time: 1–7 business days depending on stock and order type.

Return

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

• If the product is defective or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund.
• If returning for personal reasons, shipping costs are your responsibility, and refunds will be processed minus our original shipping cost.
• Returns must be approved via email before sending, and items must be securely packaged.
• No direct exchanges — please return and place a new order if needed.
• Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection.
